Jocelyn is been a proud board member of Women in Mining and Women in Nuclear Saskatchewan Inc. (WIM/WiN-SK), a non-profit, volunteer based organization focused on connecting and inspiring a diverse workforce in the Saskatchewan Mining and Nuclear industries.

With WIM/WiN-SK Jocelyn is currently the Chair for the board. She also Co-Chaired the 2020 Virtual Mine Your Potential Conference in September 2020, which connected over 270 people. She also previously Chaired WIM/WiN-SK’s Mentorship committee.

Jocelyn served on an advisory committee for ECO Canada’s Women Reclaiming Leadership project which sought to improve the representation of women leaders in the Canadian environmental sector.
